Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund. - No parties or events allowed unless we have been informed. - No smoking allowed inside or outside. Fines for violation are $2000 for inside & $1000 if caught smoking outside. -This includes all but not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. - No animals/ pets allowed without prior disclosure - Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. - No unregistered guests allowed. - Anyone in the property after 10pm is considered an overnight guest and will be charged the per person fee. - All guest must be accounted for prior to check-in. - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. - Please respect the noise curfew. - Please turn off the AC/Heating when you go out. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. - Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. - Please take care of the furnishings. You may have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture. - Please do your dishes. - Please take the trash out before you leave. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Any unapproved additional overnight guests must pay the extra person fee outlined on my profile. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors are unacceptable and will result in forfeiture of your deposit and early cancelation of your reservations. • No shoes inside the house. Please remove shoes upon arrival • Please ensure you have left the premises and by the agreed-upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty. • No smoking in or on the property. If you need to smoke, you will need to leave the premises. • Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily. • Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and the pet fee paid. • Please return home in the state that it was given to you. The cleaning fee is for a cleaning service to wash and change sheets, and light cleaning for the next guest. Excessive cleaning needed to be deducted from your deposit... If the house is left in a messy state, we will charge $100 for every extra hour of cleaning required. • If you break or damage something, please notify me ASAP. You should find a like replacement vs paying for replacement and services fee at min $65 per item needing replacement, this includes all kitchen wear. If needed I will arrange for the item (s) to be replaced or repaired at your expense. The home is equipped with smart home technology. DO NOT TOUCH OR UNPLUG. If there is a malfunction in the system due to an item being unplugged or moved by a guest a service technician will be contacted and you will be charged a fee for the service call. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the home as you are responsible for all and any damage or missing items. The home must be clean before departing as the cleaning service is only to get the home back to a rentable ready condition. Please remove all trash from Kitchen and place it in the trash can directly outside of the home. Free street parking is available. Please follow the street signs or the City will ticket you. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.

This is a self check-in unit. Your smart lock code will be sent to you one hour before your check-in time. You can only access the property through REAR DOOR ONLY AFTER 4PM CST unless early check-in is paid and approved ahead of time.
